Doing a family shoot with a 2 year old in the mix was a pleasant challenge. We ended up following her lead and got some great shots. Thank you Grace, Kenyata, Anne and Bremen for a fun afternoon!
My friend has a couple of these spiders at her house, and they are HUGE! While I am not very fond of spiders I couldn't resist snapping a photo of this gal. She really is beautiful (and gives me the creepy crawlies!)
I took a digital photography class over the summer, and we had an assignment every week. Soooo here are the assignments and the photos I took! Cheers!
This one was for 'Creative Control.' We had to demonstrate our "creative" capabilities through depth of field and motion.
This one was for Light and Shadow. I chose to do my assignment at night since I didn't have much experience in night photography. It was fun!
The next one was for the 'Southern Image.' We had to take a few photos which depicted the South. I don't necessarily agree with the views in the following image, but I think it's hilarious. :o)
I could not have asked for a better experience! This was my first Maternity shoot and it was so much fun! Laura and Vladi, you were great to work with. Thank you for letting me explore my creativity and helping me form new ideas. I wish you the best of luck and happiness with your new family, and can't wait to meet Luke!
I could not have asked for a better family session! Ft. Fisher was the perfect location, and luckily the weather was nice as well. Carolyn, Tom and Christeen, it was a pleasure to photograph you, and thanks for the ice cream!
Today it was a perfect Spring day here in Southeast North Carolina. It was about 80 degrees, there was a slight breeze and there wasn't a cloud in the sky. My favorite kind of day.
